NJYS Affiliation Information


Returning member clubs seeking updated insurance information should follow these steps:

  1. Register with a member league
  2. Complete the 2019 -2020 Club Registration Questionnaire

Clubs with an outstanding balance from the previous year will not receive new certificates until the balance is paid.


If your club is not a member of NJ Youth Soccer, follow these steps:

  1. Recreation: Complete this New Recreation Club Form and email it to lorie@njyouthsoccer.com.
  2. Travel: New travel clubs require an NJYS Member League sponsor and require a New Travel Club Form.
  1. Travel & Recreation: Clubs that have travel and recreation programs should use the New Travel Club Form

Once accepted, new clubs/programs will receive a welcome email from NJ Youth Soccer with the identifying club information (e.g. club ID number, next procedural steps). Then, US Soccer Connect will reach out to the club/program with required documentation to create the new club system within the NJ Youth Soccer registration system.

FEE SCHEDULE (2019-2020)

  • Travel Players - $15 each
  • Coaches - $15 each
  • Recreation Players - $9 each
  • Indoor Player Pass - $10
  • Permission to Travel Out of State - (no longer required)
  • Permission to Host a Tournament - $170

Registration Scholarship Request Form (for NJYS member clubs)

NJ Youth Soccer has created a source of funding that provides financial relief towards coach/player registrations costs for existing programs that face financial hardship. We are committed to fostering the physical, mental, and emotional growth and development of America's youth through the sport of soccer. As we strive to meet the needs of every youth player, we aim to reduce economic barriers.

Interested applicants may complete and submit an application (click here to access the form) that includes:

  1. Description: Written summary (no more than one page) describing club/program overview.
    1. History of membership with NJ Youth Soccer
    2. Description of club membership (i.e. number of recreation/travel players, number of coaches).
  2. Financial Need: Provide a narrative describing a financial need and how being awarded this financial support would be used to assist the club.
